My own preference is that the gap fills because so many traders believe that stuff that an unfilled gap can become a drag on a stock.

After today, I think it's especially true here.

I agree with you that we will probably bounce around in this range for a few days to let the average buy in price come up closer to the current share price, but we will move more easily, and move up more easily if the gap fills than if it doesn't.
