I'll find out, your 100% correct about needing a cornell or.

I know the reason for the delay. "I had the finacials ready since laborday but after the merger change it tool a little long, I will try my best to have it out by Monday but all likely it will be end of next week or beginning of the following"

The crap pr was a little bit my idea, I spoke with him on Monday and told him we needed a pr, he agreed and I told him something that we need to see. He admitted he had not been working on one since he was so busy, so looks like he just rushed one out.

And more then just wise buys and hatcketts and 30% of gs are coming into the shell. Didnt give me a time table about that tho.

Ill find out more tomorrow

Agreed, a statment regarding cornell is perdinent information. And ill tell him to give a statment. I know for a fact he does read the board, he just doesnt want to release a pr that would only help the flippers here. He wants to reward the longs. Ill suggest that he inform us about cornell on the day of the 8k.
