I have no lawyers. Example of poor management. They did not put out a PR on the symbol change, yah it was in a lightly put out months ago but a good company tells you a day before it done in a PR release. When the stock goes down no PR most come out with statement. ST is meeting with Sr people and is pumping us with stuff that is not coming. He has inside information and who knows who is benefitting from it. Iceman is pumping the hell out of the stock and like ST none of it has come true wth new contracts, earnings & etc. These guys are setting themselves up for a pssible lawsuit the longer this goes on. The management has a paid consultant that is pumping a stk when informatioon is not coming out. I would feel better if the management would make releases. Problem is now they have got themselves in a box. I have close to 100k of stk and have a loss. I am talking to others privately from this board and they are losing patience with the management. A couple will sell Oct 1st if now news comes out. If management cannot get earnings out within 45 days of the close of the qtr you begin to wonder about them. When 2 qtr comes out the 3rd qtr will be over. Sorry but this is poor manaqgement if they cannot do this. Oh yes they are not listed ya but maybe this is why. How can they be a billion
$ company and not get earnings out in a timely manner. Woiuld you what to invest in a company that cannot do that for the long term.
