Local news media have interviewed a local tattoo parlor where her "people" went looking for the boob ornament. First, they did not have what she wanted and referred them elsewhere. Second, the guy said that the ornaments are designed to fit with preexisting piercing holes and that if her piercing had been recent, there likely would have been blood in the photo. Wouldn't that have been pretty. NOT.

It appears as though the balloon they are trying to float is that they intended Timberlake to only rip off the outer cover and only expose the red undergarment. In that sense, the full exposure was not planned. What I have missed on the replays is how she and Timberlake reacted on stage to her exposure.

I don't buy their "story" any more than I buy most of the "outrage" being expressed. She used it for commercial gain. Many of those "outraged" are using it for political gain or perceived corporate and PR necessity. All is well and normal in America.

Girls Gone Wild commercials are okay, but JJ's tit is obscene? Most of the complainers are little more than hypocrites trying to get their moment in the spotlight. I wonder if they would make their cable channel selections public? With all this feigned, bandwagon-hopping outrage, the phrase "Get a Grip" comes to mind, but they would probably be outraged about that as well. At least they might be smiling in the process.

Frankly, I thought it was pretty damn funny.

I'll save my new names for the FCC for some other time.
