I think you might be right this management has set themselves up for a possible lawsuit because they have been looking the other way while consultants are trying to hold up the stock for their benefit and the 144s. Also it appears like too much insider information to just a few. The management better start giving equal updates to the shareholders. I wish there was a lawyer on this MB that could call the company and start to explain what they are doing is in the gray area and could be illegal. All of the paid consultants should have a very clear disclosure at the end of everything they write or say.
If this management team is so good I think they would be consulting a good legal team. Sorry to say but each day that goes on and the more talk from the consultants good things are coming and they just get pushed out the more I think I will dump my 100k of shares. Has the management and consultants looked at a calendar (I mean a English US one 2007) half of Sept is over and we have no news.
