When they gets shares for the convertible debentures, does Cornell have to sell them off at the time they request the shares or can they hold them until anytime in the future and sell them into the market at a higher PPS?
Just wondering why they would have sold them back when we were at .005 vs. for example .03. and make more money with a higher share price.
Can someone explain??
