That a nanomicelle can travel to any part of the body is its strength and not a weakness. Someone infected with with flu wants something that can penetrate all the barriers that viruses can penetrate.

By discussing nanoparticles as a general category you are fear mongering. The worst part of it is I'm certain that you know you are fear mongering. If you are going to discuss potential harm of nanoparticles then you need to differentiate types of nanoparticles. NNVC's polymeric nanomicelles with targeting ligands are not in the harmful category.

Yes, and if you fell into a vat of Viricide, your lungs might fill and you would drown. Very nice analogy.

Quoting the EPA is not silly, but misinterpreting the quote in a way that demonstrates your lack of understanding of the content and issues being addressed, and then using that quote to support an argument that does not in any way apply to the article's discussion, except in some bazaar abstraction, is definitely silly and funny.
