wowsa - I also question FMLY management in a letter, email and fax regarding that vote for the last A/S increase to the 2 billion. They never responded. At that time their was a large group of us shareholders that at that time had control of close to 50%.

It is my belief they did not have to required shareholder vote then, but passed it any way that is how Furla works. I will be more forceful this time with the SEC if they continue to ignore us shareholders.

Does anyone know how we can have the vote verified? They do not deserve a share increase.
