That is what perplexes me the most.

I am sure Ron and Paul are family people and care about the ones they love.
We "Shareholders" are the same and are at the mercy of these two and their integrity.
I cant understand why they would put out all these PR's and fluff and then have no follow through.
The thing that bothers me the most is that they announced a prefered share deal to trade in the shares for an increased price and a dividend.
Why the Hail would they not pay it (dividend)on time ?
Why the Hail would I call headquarters a few weeks ago and be told that I would be crazy to take the prefered swap because the shares would be worth alot more than .08.
Now we all find ourselves in a catch 22 @ .0105.

#1 Take the swap and the divy ?
Hail no ! they cant even pay the Divy on time what makes anyone think they will make good on the deal now that they have betrayed everyone that took the deals trust. ?

#2 Sell now ?
Hail no ! I know most are at a large loss right now based on the spew thrown out by the company to entice them to buy more shares.?

#3 Buy More ?
Hail I dont know !

Hence the catch 22

any responses would be appreciated !!

Still have "Faith" here but I should not need that if I was told the truth. ????????????? and @ .0105 that is a tough call to make.
