The GTL rights in Argentina may be more valuable since the project will not reqiure the 300 million expenditure planned for the Bolivian plant. In my opinion the company has kept this division name and operation so they could sell the Argentinian rights. I also think that Argentina is considered more politically stable than Bolivia which lessens risk in the mind of the oinvestor there. A guess on the value is difficult since we do not know what Franlklin received for Bolivia since 20 nmillion shares of a thinly traded company is hard to compute. As I said, if a institution wanted to buy 20 millon Delta before the fmnj deal, one would expect that the price would be as high as .75-1.00 to shake out the shareholders. Also under insider rules, Franlkin's position is now considered a insider holding subjecting it to filing disclosure orf intention to buy or sell shares. I would not be surprised that any Delta news that causes its stock to rise ie. postive gold mining results in China, will cause Franklin to move also.
