You can call them and place it through a broker which sometimes takes about 5 minutes and 5 minutes in a traders world makes a difference...Im not in favor of using another company than Etrade and switching because even then I remember when another penny was restricted buy scottrade and it was not with Etrade...seems they like they will pick and choose and mix it up abit so nobody is ever insured of certainty...imagine sitting behind your computer waiting for what some may call the big day...only to learn after pushing a few buttons that it's not able to be sold unless you call...wait on hold and then wait again to talk to a broker...buy that time the 120% gain is now 75% maybe 50%...or maybe you just were detered by the whole thing and never even felt like calling it in until it was too late all together!
