they cant. they must try 1 cent over the ASK, then 2, then 3.....good luck, but at least you know about POW before the anticipated huge run up!!! better to pay .14 now then +1.00 when news hits, which should be soon my friend.

its crazy i know, but as you said, even you cant get shares at the ASK.
