This board has nothing to prove the receiver took over yet, ever body just copy the court ruling and the court ruling didn't say any thing when the receiver will begin its work. All we know is the court and judge Lynch did appointed a lady ad a receiver, if she's on duty for USXP, why there's no press release for USXP's share holder and its investor?
