Those naked shorter thought this company will be gone forever by delisting or file for bankruptcy before the Oct 15, 2007 deadline so they don't have to buy shares back to cover their shorts, they don't want to buy shares back to cover their shorts, they even shorting more shares from now on because those naked shorter believes they will never have to cover their shor when the company collapsed and bankrupt.
