I think the no RS is key. From his comments today, he clearly follows the message board to gauge the tone and he also cares about shareholder value.

He knows then that any sniff of RS would kill his plans and make his purchase of PDVP a waste of money. He sounds like a builder that wants the foundation in first and then put the walls and roof on ! All good so far IMO.
