That's what the SEC wanted, the SEC knew the deadline for removal of the "GRAND FATHER CLAUSE" is Oct 15, 2007 so the judge rust to appointed a receiver to take over. As my knowlege, the company's CEO still have chance to appeal, he can appeal to the Appellate Court, and the supreme court for the case.
