That report is crap.

BOCX will open at $1.50 and shoot straight up to $5 within a couple days if the news we are expecting comes to fruition.

Add on coverage by CNBC, Forbes, Moneyline etc. and it could even get to $10 on a pump and dump. Then a correction with gradual creeping up back to the new highs.
