You bring up a good point....why would Swift take the CEO job, or now COO, if there was a fear of liability on his part. He had to have known what was going on, unless the hole got deeper the more he explored? IMO Blech masterminded this entire mess that we're in right now. Pandey seemed like a good man when Xechem first took on this project, but was corrupted by Blech, Becker and Bur.....g. Steve Burg has lied on many occasions and I have written notes on every phone call that proves it! I am still amazed that Burg' ship has not sunk, but maybe he was the least of the problems, so they've kept him afloat as he's the only one w/some of the answers they need. Once resolved, I suspect they'll tie an anchor around his neck and toss him overboard w/the rest of them.
Another reason Burg may be avoiding ALL calls is because he may be issued a subpoena to testify in the lawsuit?
Oh well, three trading days left until we find out if they file???? I'm prepared to see PINK, but will be delighted to see a damn report :)
