I finally tracked down the identity of the market maker "GLBT". The firm is GLB-Trading out of Irvine California. They have been on the ask since Friday, 9-7-07 for a customer. They appear to be only selling shares as they are not bidding for any stock.
Looks like they have a large block of stock to sell at .007, so don't look for them to move off the ask anytime soon.
Take it for what its worth.
