The key is if there was insider info we wouldn't need to continuing doing the dd. I can guarantee that neither USM or COBN would provide that type of info!! COBN and USM has a LOI dated back to 2006 from the 10Q in the ibox, it has not been rescinds, that's all that was mentioned about it. It's good to know imo!
