i know where US Modular is from, sorry you did not catch my sarcasm. As for why US Mod and COBN would want to Merge, who cares....US Mod just wants a clean shell and Cobn wants a revenue generating company to come into it. Notice in the Ibox it mentions a yet to be created subsidarary (sp).
