I'm sure he will has some type of equity stake in SubterraCom Wireless Solutions.

He's not going to give up a virtual gold mining for a mesley 2.7 million dollars, and then turn around and give out a divy and pay bills due out of that.

This leach figures that if he can get us off his back by giving us a mear 0.0006 per share and an empty grey shell we will be satisfied then he and his cronies can move on the their next victims.

Now is the time for the SEC to investigate his ass.
