With one exception. We are not being "left out". And, I need to split hairs with you on it: you said that "The only item that would be gained by Spooz would be the revenue generated by the sale of SWARM to 141".... I differ slightly: I think its not the only item; they will generate income on an ongoing basis from acting as CONSULTANTS who happen to be able to charge a fat fee for being the only ones able to deliver this rate of returns to their private clients. I think we will have considerable ongoing income from services rendered and SWARM/Fractalz licensing. And, as I pointed out, we may have a fee structure tied to sharing of a % of the profitable outcome. As a direct matter, my guess is that Paul deliberately set them up as separate entities... different LEGAL entities.

I've been deliberately trying to inject this "pessimism" into the discussions because I figured it would not serve investor's long term interests if we operated under false expectations and only got the "rude awakening" when some FUD-maestro or Basher-artist jammed it in our collective faces with a deliberate intention of spooking price and scooping shares. And, lets be level headed too... its not like we had a death in the family if Paul set things up so that he funnels income through some kind of corporate business plan that involves multiple interrelated legal entities paying each other on a perpetual basis for "use" of what each owns. Look at it like a geodesic dome with cleverly designed internal cross strutting.
