Next logical step IMO...

Since it has become apparent that NNSR is incapable of achieving financing with its' current structure and outstanding shares, I believe a reverse split of 100 to 1 is probably going to happen. Then, financing may be achieved after a pummeling of the PPS by shorts. I don't believe MGMT at NNSR is ready to just throw in the towel. All IMO.
