You don't understand. He is probably selling convertible shares. He makes money whether the stock rises or drops. Unfortunately his additional shares to the float force the price down. Supply and demand. When the supply is high the price drops.
We are now over 7 million outstanding shares. They have almost doubled the amount of shares in 2 or 3 weeks.
I would not by a diluting stock. I will not buy until I hear something from the company.
