After rereading and thinking about the Delta deal, I believe it is noteworthy that Franklin is retaining the oil and gas division even though it divested its chief project. In effect, this can be looked upun as a joint venture since Franlin now becomes a significant majority shareholder in EDLT when it is priced at only twenty cents. If their exploration in China flourishes and the share price moves to pre summer levels, it would be reflected in Franklins balance sheet. Also Franklin is If Fraklin still free to make new deals for itself in its Bolivian division.A spike in EDLT may transalte into a spike in Franklin. I hope that the company has tabled the dividend idea. Sorry Mart.
