The F/S A/S time line

On May 23rd, they PRed a 10-1 forward split, for holders of record June 1st, payable on or about June 11

On June 7th, they scaled back the forward split to 5-1.

On June 13th, they filed with Florida's secretary of state an amendment to increase A/S from 100M to 1B.

On June 14th, they PRed the forward split idea was abandoned.
