It should be noted that there were no trades between 9:31 am and 9:56 am, while the pps stood still at .145, meaning MMs could have been buying .145's, but not showing them until bidders were willing to take them at .155, which happened off and on throughout the day.

It should also be noted that there were no posted trades between 2:00 pm and almost 3:30 pm, while the pps stood at .16, with best bid at .15.
