Semi, if the BTX spec is anything like the Dell designs, then I like it. The Dell designs are really good and easy to install and remove. Normal ATX designs have a fan on the heatsink which does not help much when the case temps go higher. In my custom made PCs I use a product similar to dells. It's called "cooling wizard" which is basically ducting (similar to dryer ducting) that fastens directly onto the CPU/Heatsink assembly and feeds it cooler air from outside the case. It significantly lowers CPU temps and ambient noise. This product is made for all CPUS and sockets and it's very cheap (<$15). It works with all ATX case and most mATX.
