I guess it's too hard to connect the dots. You replied to a post that said Kurdistan was safe, and then posted the above. Note that the autonomous Kurdish region was NEARBY. This did not happen in Kurdistan. Not one U.S. soldier has been killed in Kurdistan.

Not all Iraqi Kurds live in Kurdistan, or as referred to in this link, the autonomous Kurdish region.
