Interesting point. assuming the shares come out of trteasury the float would be approximately 70 million giving the company a market cap of only 14 million if my arithmetic is right. I think gdr privee may be all over this deal and it may have baeen closed when Rothschild was in Bolivia. Sure would have preferred havong the 3 million in cash to fund the projects but it is too nearly for anyone to analyze this news wiothout further due diligence. We should all think about what this all means before prejuging the event. The market seems to have given it less than a yawn.
