Just some clarity PLS:

HWYI spins off Opticon - P. Lisenby


SMMW buys Bio Pharmetics which Lisenby was also an Exec in

Lisenby is now head of SMMW

BioPharmetics now buys Aztec? Didn't SMMW actually then buy AZTEC?


The above is a tad confusing but appears to have two common threads:

1. Pinksheets.com with very limited info
