My understanding Atoll is going to release the 2nd qtr earnings and these will not be audited. NNRI will just refer to them as a divdend if I have it right. It looks like the 4th qtr will be when their US auditors that have Russian clearance will be able to audit the books for AToll and then consolidate them into NNRI. I am not an account so I might not be using the right terms. We just need a PR on new business and see the earnings of Atoll to see it growing significantly and still doing 26+% profits.
