I just got off the phone w/ Spooz

I didn't ask about the email, but I did put forth some questions about the release of SpoozToolz

They said we can expect to see an announcement of availability for Spooztoolz in the next couple of weeks (consistent with the 10 day assertion in the email).

I also inquired about Fractalz3 and the website being down. The answer there is "We are too busy on other products right now to spend time getting Fractalz ready for retail". The big issue there is the graphical user interface, as most of you know. They are limiting Fractalz3 sales to black box trading houses. Some variation of it may become available to novices like me by next summer.
