Question: How come, on Etrade, the "Last Price" will say .013 and "Volume" will say 5,008,097. Then, a few seconds later, "Last Price" will go up to .0135, and volume will go back to 4,028,097? The last price and volume figures will go back and forth like this, sometimes for as long as 10 minutes. Can anyone explain this to me?
