RGEN:
1. settles with IMCL (today) for 60 mil (keeps 40 mil).
2. 20 mil already in bank.
3. sales basically cover annual ops costs.
4. sales increasing.
5. PII due.
6. only 30 mil shares outstanding.
7. trial with BMY in April 08.

Is it just SELL the NEWS?
