Okay, AUdad, why not tell us why he put out two PR's on Friday.

Funny thing is, the PR's really should have been put out by TFN since, according to SEC and NASD regulations, they do not contain enough material effects for BKMP to be considered a BKMP press release.

I got that straight from an SEC lawyer.
