There are a couple folks here who are still trying to keep the candle burning, although I'm sure it's pretty tough to be optimistic right now. After all, the share price AFTER the big split has gone from $4 to $0.2. A rise of about 450% will get us only back to the price at the time of the reverse split. Ugly.

I do hope, as some claim here, that someone is still wroking on rescuing this company. However, with no office, no phone, no contact, etc., I would bet it's only Peter now.....or maybe Scott is still around. But, we already knew they let all of the programmers go, so I'd assume there is nobody else left at the company -- wherever it is now.

As I've said before, it is very very very difficult to picture any start-up company signing on with Amergence for business, marketing, fundraising, and financial advice......when this company itself has failed for several years in all of those endeavors.

At this point, even if the BMG suit has been dropped, I give the company less than a 1% chance of surviving. A long sad tale.... Truly sad. I feel sorry for those who continued to believe and to buy shares as the price dropped and the company floundered the past couple years. Sad.
