yes, things take time, but on July 31st they issued a straight-forward PR stating matter-of-factly that ''its Board of Directors has approved a 3 for 1 stock dividend. The dividend will be paid to common shareholders only of record on August 15, 2007 and payable in unrestricted free trading common shares on August 29, 2007. Each common shareholder will receive 3 shares for every 1 share owned on the record date and payable as indicated.''

well, I was on record way before August 15th and now it is September 9th and where are my shares they promised??
