Greetings Reed,

I have no need to gloat. They will use all 11 billion shares. Everyone on this board needs to e-mail this company to find out if the A/S will be increased. If the answer is yes, then we all need to bail and file legal action against a company that continues to say one thing and deliver the opposite. They will no longer answer my e-mails since they know I am Livinginstyle even though I have been polite and have asked questions associated with company operations.

Now, when the entire 11 billion is used, we are still alright if the company actually shows growth in its business ventures, "whatever those ventures may turn out to be." Sounds like they were completely out-foxed by Chang and are struggling to figure out what they can do about it legally. They make vague reference about China in the following statement:

"On review of the capital requirements needed to move forward in China and the IFGX projects, it became obvious that there was a need for liquid capital to be made available to Esprit for bridge funding and short-term capital requirements to execute against Esprit’s corporate growth strategy."

My question for this company is; just what is it we do? What about Forex and other promises? Are those divisions dead? If not, they need to disclose current status of operations and future revenue projections.

We as share holders have the right to demand disclosure on all operations since they have destroyed the value of our shares through repeated dilution and mishandling of Chang and all the operations that were under his command. If they will not disclose, we should consider a class action law suite demanding disclosure or share holder compensation for mishandling of company operations and company funds causing the collapse of the share price.

As it is now, we invariably have no choice but to sit on this stock hoping for a recovery from damages caused by Chang. For the company to legally pursue Chang may cost more that we could win in court after expenses. Cases like this are where attorneys get rich at our expense. We need disclosure on this entire Chang issue right now. Please, everyone should e-mail the company demanding disclosure of all operations and demand the company do what they said they would concerning top-tier pink sheet status.
