Diamond........TFN won't be bought out

I guess the "major media" company and TFN could not come to some agreement of terms. Instead, they got a cash infusion from a corporate investor, a new president who specializes in expansion, and a new focus on going public (IPO).

You really should read the news and not have me explain it to you though...........
