I guess, IMO, Pandey was coddled by shareholders and people in his circle. I simply expect more from Dr. Swift, then I did of Dr. Pandey. He has a solid background and I hope his stint with XKEM only improves it.

He does deserve a chance. I just hope he avoids the same mistakes the former CEO made.
