You need to read the past SEC filings of CYGX. they list all the purchasers of "private placements" to accredited investors. They list names, dates, and number of shares purchased. You have never heard of the vast number of these people. The purchasers ranged from tiny numbers of shares to huge numbers of shares.

These purchasers bought BEFORE the science was as far along as it is now. Ie, they took greater risk than many of us did. Without them taking these risks, the company would not exist right now.

You need more knowledge, no one "doled out" any shares, and LOTS of people bought them. You can to, contact the company and ask them.
