From the desk of Mr. Papadopoulos

Dear Mr Wilson:

I was happy to receive your letter and to hear from you again.

YOU ASKED: "I know you are limited as to what you can say about the planned merger -- but are things progressing "accordingly?"

Mr. Wilson, I can answer that simply and legally with a "yes it is." We are well past "due diligence" and into "doing things diligently."

YOU ALSO ASKED: What is all this chatter on line about the film "Ye Olde Times" and Cinemax Pictures not being involved?

That Sir, is inaccurate. Wayne Thompson who works with us is directly involved with that project and has been since it's inception. A number of people wrote to me about this, and I can assure them and you -- whoever was responsible for making that statement obviously did not ask the right person the right questions. Wayne and I have both spoken with Kimmel International regarding this matter, and to me, the issue truly is a "non issue" as we all know who is involved, how, and importantly, in what capacity.

Quite frankly, as we are still (as of this moment) a privately held company, it is not the business of any individual outside that company to be investigating our film production tactics or film investment matters -- let alone the fact they are obviously "off" in the manner of their questioning. The irony is, thanks to all the unexpected attention, we now have to change our web site posting on that film. It seems we were wrong. Jack Black is not the "star" - he is only in the film for 12 minutes and as the narrator. We would not have caught this minor error if it hadn't been for all the frivolous phone calls. He correctly should be listed as "and with Jack Black, as the Narrator."

YOU ALSO ASKED: "Will there be a reverse split before the merger?"

Mr. Wilson, that would be a decision being made by the TMM Management team, so I suggest you contact them.

FINAL QUESTION: "Does Cinemax have offices other than the mailbox addresses listed on the web site and IMDb?"

I would honestly have to answer a "yes and no" on that. Temporarily, we have space we have been using in Toronto and Los Angeles, but it is not an official permanent office. We haven't listed the addresses because (as we are still privately held) it is not anyone's business where our people are temporarily located, and it is temporarily inside another production company's facility. Once we are public, we will immediately situate ourselves in a permanent facility. I will say that we have been actively hunting for space in Studio City, near the CBS Radford lot. Studio City has nicer spaces, offices equipped with high power lines for any editing equipment we will be getting and it is considerably more cost effective than locating in Beverly Hills or Culver City. We haven't discounted the possibility of Hollywood, but Studio City is also the home of a number of great restaurants on Ventura Blvd. Among them include Terra Sushi, and Spark's Steak House, and I would like to be in walking distance to both of them! They're some of my favourite LA eateries.

Thanks again for writing, and feel free to pass this information along.

Respectfully yours,
Constantine Papadopoulos
