Yes Pandey made mistakes, but he's now out of the picture. Dr. Swift has had ample time to correct any issues. He needs to do his job and get the 10Q out.

Somebody said it yesterday, and I totally agree. If the 10Q isn't filed by the 17th, he has lost his credibility. He took the job (interim) now he must finish it.
