Imperial ... Wouldn't the number of shares held be a factor also? If someone owns say 20 million shares compared to someone else who owns 200 thousand wouldn't the one holding the large number of shares be more apt to be able to afford to sell 2/3 @ a dime than the 200 thousand owner. Maybe afford isn't the right term but you get what I mean.

I know if I held 20 million I'd be more apt to sell a percentage to recupe my invest and then some and then ride the rest than if I held 200 thousand. But then.... I'm a bit greedy.
