Not sure if this has been mentioned, but with them lowering the convert price, aren't they calling a bottom to this. It seems to me, if they weren't going to file, they would have lowered it below the current pps of .01.

Not really sure how the convert price works, but it was just a thought.


NO 10Q = PPS. lower than the convert price. They know this.
