One more point - IMO and I think others will agree - The buy on rumor sell on news theory will not come into play here.

There will be those I believe that will sell on news but there will be those waiting - many of which we will never hear from - that will be waiting to buy those shares. Probably the same ones who have much more money than most of us here and are waiting for that news to buy in. That will offsett the whole theory of selling on news and cause SWVC to continue to grow in PPS.
