KIK, it looks like the Tarr traders made out like bandits on that one...
That recent insider sell activity was likely to raise cash to make payroll, etc while they tried to get some sales on the company properties...
They have a 10Q late and know one knows how big the losses will be in that one yet...Looking back at the last filed 10Q is also worth considering...Forget looking at condominium values and debt because those values may still be deteriorating considering the financing market right now...
Review under the assets the value of rental property held...Compare that figure to the amount of debt owed for rental property held under liabilities...If they are strapped for cash and have a large amount of debt then that figure of net rental property valued owned should be much greater than the value of debt owed for it...Before considering any potential drop in value of the property...Doesn't appear to be their strong point either...
