Anyone seen an article about what moves are being considered by the SEC? The article I pulled this from is about the end of naked short selling on BB issues which has a Feb 20. deadline. If we get a sizable pullback in the market it now looks obvious the SEC will go after the shorts.
I would say the market is well protected until November.
